Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 tbsp sour cream or natural yoghurt
Optional
- 1/4 diced capsicum
- fresh parsley finely diced
Instructions
- Mash avocado with a fork or potato masher.
- Add sour cream or yoghurt and mix until combined.
- Add optional ingredients here.
- Mix until combined.
- Serve immediately with veggie sticks, crackers or bread fingers or store in fridge for use later.
Recipe Tip:
- If dip is not going to be eaten immediately, add a few drops of lemon juice to stop the avocado turning brown.
