This has to be the simplest and one of the tastiest dips around. It’s so easy you can prepare it right before popping it in a lunch box for kindy, school or a fun day out with the kids. Best of all, kids love to mash!
Less than 5 minutes
1tbspsour cream or natural yoghurt
fresh parsleyfinely diced
Mash avocado with a fork or potato masher.
Add sour cream or yoghurt and mix until combined.
Add optional ingredients here.
Mix until combined.
Serve immediately with veggie sticks, crackers or bread fingers or store in fridge for use later.
If dip is not going to be eaten immediately, add a few drops of lemon juice to stop the avocado turning brown.
